Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our overnight shift, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our patients while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, personal care, and mobility assistance, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote patient comfort and dignity
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care and effective communication
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized patient care plans
