The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) must have a successful track record of growing revenue and leading a sales team to exceptional heights. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and implement innovative initiatives to attain and exceed overall revenue goals.
\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\n• Senior manager in charge of sales activities and personnel involved in sales.
\n• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
\n• Report to the Chief Executive Officer.
\n• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
\n• Establish performance goals for sales team within your pillar & monitors performance.
\n• Development of the strategic sales plan.
\n• Direct sales pillar to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan.
\n• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers.
\n \nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
\n• Bachelors’ degree in a business-related field.
\n• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales management with proven track record.
\n• Strong background in driving sales through social network channels.
\n• Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
\n• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives.
\n• Ability to work remotely with limited direction.
