Public Veil, based in NY, is a fast-growing women's fashion brand redefining luxury essentials at shockingly low prices. We're a small, scrappy team building something special — and we move fast.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a doer. You'll run paid acquisition yourself, from building campaigns and buying media to analyzing results and shipping creative tests. You'll direct our in-house creative team day to day, partner with our Head of Brand and Marketing, and report to the co-founders.

What You'll Do

Paid Media

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself across Meta, TikTok (Ads and Shop/GMV Max), and Google/YouTube.
• Own results against CAC, ROAS, and MER targets.
• Plan and pace spend around inventory, launches, and promotions, and test new channels.

Creative Pipeline

• Direct the in-house creative team by writing briefs, setting priorities, and giving feedback based on performance data.
• Run the creative process from insight to brief, production, launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Keep a steady testing cadence of hooks, formats, angles, and offers, and document what works.
• Source and manage UGC creators, and run whitelisting and Spark Ads.
• Stay ahead of creative fatigue with fresh volume always in the queue.

Measurement and Growth

• Keep tracking clean (pixel, CAPI, UTMs) and read attribution with a critical eye.
• Flag landing page, offer, and CRO opportunities that would lift conversion and AOV.
• Report weekly on what happened, why, and what's next.

What You Bring

• 5+ years hands-on in DTC paid social, with consumer products (apparel or fashion strongly preferred).
• Direct experience managing $500K–$1M+ in annual spend yourself, not through an agency or team.
• Experience running creative testing and briefing designers, editors, or creators.
• Strong analytical skills and deep fluency in Ads Manager.
• Someone who likes being in the accounts every day and owning outcomes.

Compensation

$150 - $200K per annum, DOE

Location

Mon–Thur NYC office, Friday remote
