We're hiring an Entry-Level Business/Data Analyst to support teams with reporting, data analysis, and business process initiatives. Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to help identify trends and areas for improvement
• Gather information from stakeholders and assist in defining business needs
• Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and project-related materials
• Build recurring reports and visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools
• Participate in testing activities and document defects, observations, and outcomes
• Organize project documentation and ensure information is easy to access and maintain

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in an analytical, business, operations, or project environment
