Role Description The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Orlando. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting in alignment with company and regulatory standards. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, prepare management reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting processes, supervising month-end and year-end closings, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding local finance staff, and contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.\n
Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting.
\n
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
\n
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
\n
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks, ideally within a multinational or multi-entity environment.
\n
• Advanced skills with financial and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills for modeling and data analysis.
\n
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance partners.
\n
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or supervising finance or accounting team members.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, international or multi-location organization is highly beneficial.
