Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Location: East Rockaway, NY

Schedule: Full-Time | Perm

Pay rate: $30-35/hr

About the Company

A growing men's fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to help drive our online presence and support new product launches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play an important role in building a modern fashion brand.

The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, digital marketing, and creative content while being comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and promotional graphics.
• Coordinate photography and lifestyle photo shoots with photographers, models, and vendors.
• Assist with planning and executing new product launches.
• Update and maintain the company's Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory.
• Design marketing materials, email campaigns, website graphics, and promotional assets.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to the online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with ownership on branding, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on fashion, social media, and e-commerce trends to generate fresh marketing ideas.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience managing Shopify websites.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Photography, videography, or content creation experience is a plus.
• Passion for men's fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
