Patient Care Technician (PCT) – Sheboygan

No Experience Needed | Paid Training Provided

CCHT certification in as little as 6 months!!

Schedule & Requirements

Hours & Days: Monday – Saturday (Rotating Saturdays, No Sundays).

Work-Life Balance: Schedules are posted in advance.

Flexibility Required: Must have open availability for rotating shifts (early mornings and evenings) and local clinic coverage as needed. Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
